Refund policy
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days from the date you receive your order to send your item(s) back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
Please also include your completed returns slip that you received with your order to prevent any delay in processing your refund. If you do not have the returns slip, please include a note of your order number, email address and reason for return instead.

Alternatively, you can return your Online order to any Celtic Store (Excluding Belfast). Please make sure to take your order confirmation with you when visiting the store. The returned item(s) will then be sent on to our Warehouse where our Returns Team will process your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items e.g. shirt with name/number printing), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Shirt Printing
We offer a shirt printing service to our customers where we are happy to print the names of players (past and present) or family/given names on shirts ordered. We are also pleased to print the names of places or dates which are synonymous with Celtic e.g. LISBON 67 , or a family birthday e.g. DAD 50 .
Although the list is not exhaustive these are examples of the extent to which we will offer this service.
Please Note the personalisation of football tops are printed at the customers own risk.
The Celtic Store cannot accept liability for any future player movements.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of it arriving at the Returns Address above. Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to then show in your bank account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was delivered to us and you have not received any correspondence from our Customer Service Team, please contact us by email store@celticfc.co.uk and we can look into this for you.
Please Note We do not offer exchanges for the return of online orders.
Donation Refunds
Due to the charitable nature of these transactions, and in accordance with legal guidance and best practice, all donations received are non-refundable. As such, we do not process refunds for donations made through this website.
If you wish to request a refund of your donation, you must contact Celtic FC Foundation directly at cfcfoundation@celticfc.co.uk. Any refund requests will be reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of the Foundation according to their refund policies.
