UK Next Working Day DPD is £5.90*

Order must be placed by 3pm Monday to Friday to guarantee next day delivery. If placed after 3pm, the order will be dispatched from our Warehouse the next working day.

Goods will be left in a safe location if you are not available to receive the delivery
Not available to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man

Click & Collect

You can get your order delivered to our Scottish stores (excluding Glasgow Airport) free of charge. Simply select the store you wish to pick up your order from at checkout.

Please allow up to 3 working days for your Click & Collect order to arrive in your selected store. When your order arrives at your selected store, you should receive an email to let you know it is ready for collection.

PLEASE NOTE: Personalised items, and orders including personalised items, with the exception of personalised football shirts, are unavailable for click & collect.

Republic of Ireland

All our ROI orders are sent out via Royal Mail and calculated at checkout. Customs & duties charges are added and paid at the checkout. This is prepaid to An Post on your behalf, so no further import charges are payable.

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery from the time the goods leave our warehouse.

International

All Standard International orders are sent out via Whistl.

Delivery is dependent on the country your order is going to and calculated at checkout.

For deliveries to the EU please allow 3 - 5 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse
For deliveries to the Rest of the World please allow 5 - 10 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse

Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times

Additional charges for overseas delivery

Any customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Non-Shippable Addresses

For contractual reasons we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to accept your order to deliver to that address.

Are all goods despatched on the day I order?

We will continue to try to get all orders processed on the day the order is placed, however we will aim to despatch your order from our warehouse within 3 working days.

However, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

Pre-orders - Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched according to the time/date specified on the website.

Credit/debit card checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which might delay your order. This could result in a delay an order for up to 36 hours. If this occurs we will inform you by email that your order is on hold.

Shirt printing - Shirts requiring personalisation (for example with name, number(s) and patches added) may take an extra 2-3 working days before they are ready to be despatched.

Orders with different stock availability - If you have selected multiple items with different availability times (e.g. one item is on pre-order) then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Personalised Products

Many of the personalised items we sell are dispatched directly from the supplier and will arrive separately to other items in your order. Please allow up to 10 working days for production and dispatch from the supplier. Therefore, Next Day Delivery will not be applied these items. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.
